Antenatal Infant feeding Course Intro:
This course is designed to help expectant parents to learn the basics on infant feeding. It will cover topics such as breastfeeding, breast anatomy, positioning and latch techniques, milk production, expressing, common breastfeeding challenges, it will cover information on bottle feeding as well if you choose to find information on this and support that is available for you to prepare you in feeding your baby.

Understanding your baby’s tongue-tie:
This course is designed for parents to understand their baby’s tongue-tie. This will give you awareness of what is tongue-tie, how this may affect your baby’s feeding, signs and symptoms and what are common strategies that you can do to help improve your baby’s feeding, options and alternatives.
