I'm Julienne, an NMC-registered nurse, IBCLC lactation consultant and independent tongue-tie practitioner, running a CQC-registered practice. My experience comes from years in the NHS, across maternity wards, community care, tongue-tie clinics, and neonatal SCBU, high dependency and transitional care. I have been performing frenulotomies and supporting families with tongue-tied babies since 2015.

I practise privately so I can offer unhurried, individualised support in your own home, without the time pressures of a clinic setting. Every assessment and procedure follows current NICE and Association of Tongue-Tie Practitioners guidance.

My aim is evidence-based, individualised care that keeps you fully informed and in control of every decision about your baby's feeding.
